Electronics Development and ProductionWe carry out development and small-quantity production of electronic equipment, mainly for industrial automation, communication and imaging. We provide products for free sale, customer-specific products or products for our internal use in the course of solving greater orders from the field of industrial control or electronic data acquisition.
In the field of development and production of the custom electronic equipment we make use of our large experience with development and programming of microprocessor systems and display devices. Our products satisfy all safety and electromagnetic interference requirements. We have lot of experience with the communication between computers and/or microprocessor systems. We have developed, produced and applied electronic devices for outdoor use, for industry or other branches of business.

 | Programmable terminals are destined mainly for connection to industrial programmable controllers where they can serve as an intelligent monitoring and control unit. There are three series of the Programmable Terminals produced: the Series 390 contains the types APT Micro and APT Premium, the Series 552 contains the types APT40A-22A and APT80A-24A and the third newest series is so far constituted by our smallest type AID Alpha. |
 | LED displays are destined mainly for the connection to industrial control systems (PLC) where they can serve for displaying of the operational parameters. The size and the type of displaying elements guarantee a good readability of the displayed information even from a larger distance and under poor light conditions. |
 | Communication Line Converter ACN12G is designed for bidirectional opto-isolated conversion between the RS-232C signals and the RS-422 or RS-485 signals. The typical application is connecting the PC-Computer to the net of the industrial control systems or connection of two or more control systems over a large distance. |
 | Current Flow Indicator AHT8A: In the power circuits of electric equipment there is often need for checking the integrity of the circuit - fuses, switching elements, wires and appliances. In such cases is appropriate to check directly the current flow in the circuit. The AHT8A Current Flow Indicator is designed for monitoring of AC current flow in eight independent circuits. The output information has two states (the current flows - doesn't flow). The typical application of the indicator is the current flow monitoring in electrical heating circuits with solid state relays. |
 | Temperature Regulator ARS-RT can regulate temperature in 32 regulation loops. It is equipped with the inputs for connecting thermocouple elements, with regulation outputs with pulse width modulation, with auxiliary inputs / outputs and with communication interface RS-485. |
Power Regulator ARS-ST is a modification of the temperature regulator ARS-RT. It is intended for such applications, where is no need for temperature regulation in individual heating zones, but the heating with preset power is sufficient. The regulator enables power control in 48 heating zones and the powers for individual heating zones can be set in range 0 to 100% of the maximum power. The power control is carried out by pulse width modulation. | |
Modular Control System ARS can be used in the area of machine and production lines control in all industrial branches. The number and equipment of communication interfaces predestines it for an inclusion into the industrial monitoring and data-logging systems. Relatively large capacity of the add-on memory (up to 1 MB) enables the use of the system in application with operational parameters history recording. The powerful thermocouple input modules enable the use of the system as multi-loop temperature regulator / monitor. |
